I could use a laugh
Same. I'm really digging the sound of this I think, it'll be nice once someone that does more feature exploring demos gets ahold of it
i really have no idea where the link is, it was from some walrus audio thread like two years ago. you'll just have to take my word for it.
it was kinda along the lines of "i can't stand this hipster bullcrap, it's honestly turned me off from the pedal, they don't even have any good licks"
Here's the link (The google-fu is strong in this one). The Demo is posted at post #18, the cranky old man comments start at post #19:

Gauging fron that thread, they will hate the Black Fountain vid.
"hipster marketing" was GOLD

I already have more than enough delays but I think the hipster marketing is getting the better of me on this one.
It's pretty substantially different from the Ghost Delay or Carbon Copy anyways but I don't really need it. My wallet must hate me

Reading that thread was simultaneously funny and cringe worthy.
I realize it's a small sample size and in no way indicative of what everybody over at TGP is like but everybody freaking out about "clones at $200" and acting like everything must be original when there ain't much new underneath the sun.
Not to get off topic...
This is a cool delay. I'd like to try it out but there are so many pieces of gear that I want to try out that I'll probably have to be really drunk to buy it or wait for the flip.
Additionally, I love the video stylings that Brady has been employing for the Old Blood Noise Endeavors and Coffee and Riffs. Lot of respect for the dude for making some cool and interesting shit.

Loved that they talked about the 'correct way' to play an instrument
Seriously if every person who considered TGP their favorite gear forum died, the musical world wouldn't suffer one bit. Not saying they deserve to die or whatever, just no one would really miss their music. The best thing I've listened to from the that site is some competent but phoned-in ambient playing.

Yeah, I liked how JustNick chimed in and basically called them a bunch of close-minded fuckwits (my words, not his).
I'm really looking forward to this pedal, it's pretty much the delay/reverb combo I've been looking for.

Agreed, justnick needs to get on here. Then we can feed him to behndy and watch him slowly get weirder in his demos.

Bitchy, best notion ever.
Seconded.
I'm an old man (get the crab ready) and those extras were intolerably douchey in a hipster kind of way, however, that was a cool as fuck way to demo what one pedal can do on a bunch of different instruments.
Awesome video production.
But most importantly, RAD AS FUCK SOUNDS.
