Dwarfcraft TGD. It hasn't left my board or even my mini board since I got it a few years ago. When ever uncertain or in doubt, I stomp on that and OMG WOW!

Fuzz and a wah pedal. These are the effects I use the most. Slightly dirty is my clean.
