The pedal that has been the longest time on my board is a Jam Pedal TubeDreamer 88 (awesome pedal). Interesting to see how Palisades will rival that one....

Sorry, I'm usually quite susceptible to differences in sound but I virtually hear no difference between the different diode clipping settings on that video. 
Maybe it's a you have to be on the room feel kinda thing though and it seems to sound pretty good overall.
I wish that for the real production version they'll throw out the boost and maybe also the different clipping options, put it in a smaller box and sell it for less cash, maybe $180,- or $190,- or so.

That is the real production version in the video, with all the options I felt were useful. Everything on the pedal makes a difference, maybe it doesn't translate on a YouTube video but it all makes a difference.
