De Facto was cool but I'm more a fan of everything ATDI, Tremulant, and Deloused.

I like it better than later MV material. I like that the songs are shorter.

The first volta ep and the last album were the only things I dug, bosnian rainbows I like and this sounds nice too- my two cents

Yeah my fandom of these guys is limited to Relationship > Frances. Everything else is pretty take it or leave it.

But honestly, there's nothing wrong with TMV. Antemasque is okay, just doesn't do anything to me.
But I really love sparta

I guess they realized that they were tired of the Mars Volta sound, no shame in that. I'm digging the album a lot.
