this looks awesome but... i wish it was x3. i'd like a dedicated stop switch and then another for 1/2 and reverse. from the looks of it, i'd have to change the toggle to choose stop or 1/2. i would totally retire my DL4 for that!

from their website:
"hey, aren’t you the musician? Sure you can come up with how YOU are going to kick maximum hiney with these."
 maximum hiney

prob in the minority here, but it doesn't seem as cool as it could be.

some of the new stuff seems nice on the surface, but doesn't seem as nice when you think about reality ....they shoulda just went all in IMO.

The only thing I can even think to complain about is why did they make those toggles so small and close to the big knob? How am I going to kick those?

Seriously though WANT

i think..... they're looking at the gaps in the market and filling those?

i've wanted exactly what the Ditto is FOREVER. and asked a bunch of smaller builders to do one and they were too busy. the X2 just looks like that, with a better control surface. at least how i'd use it.

This.

"HEY BRO. I KNOW YOU LIKE HALF SPEED. WHY DONT YOU REVERSE YOUR HALF SPEED WITH A DL4 AND A DITTO x2"

I still think Digitech did the 1 up with the jamsync though... I wish the x2 had that or I would be automatically sold and buy 2

If my memory serves me right, you totally could reverse your half speed with just a DL4 already. Been thinking about getting a DL4 again to use as a looper.

For the X2, if I can reverse then switch and half speed my reverse and then switch and stop my loop on a dime, I'm sold. (unless all my friends get the Jamman and make me sync with them...)

Looks great. Doesn't touch my DL-4 for looping. This is 2014 guys!!! After 15 years of being out still, NO ONE can trump that thing for looping (at least in a sub $200 price). How sad.

Get that ugly ass piece off my board!!! Baaaahhhh!

and this, seriously. IT'S THE FUTUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRE
still rock an akai, though it's new after going through the search again...
had the dl4 for a bit but the lo fidelity for me killed it a bit.
like the headrush more, and it's a step in the right direction.
but shit.
I love the buildup feature on my akai.
:idk:
