This one. So good. I've really slowed down on my music consumption and so haven't heard much from 2013, but BoC really hit it out of the park this year. Tomorrow's Harvest is the best thing they've ever done (IMHO YMMV).

On the opposite side of things the new Black Flag record is probably the worst I've heard this year
