In the same kind of vein as the rest of this thread, what kind of medium-gain pedal with good EQ would you guys recommend? I'm running into two amps and one of them is WAYYY bassy. I want to get a nice drive sound and dial out the lows almost completely.

Haven't played it, but perhaps the Blackout Mantra?

Oh and I should have mentioned: lowish-medium gain.

Just got the Mid-Fi Overdrive.
Just spend 10 minutes with it.
Goes from clean boost (lots of volume) to gritty clean, to gritty light OD, to OD, to blown amp OD.
Lots of range from this little box.
AWESOME!!!

if you want an overdrive that can do classic stuff, have 100% flat frequency response with the flip of a switch, bass response down to 12hz, tons of output for clean boost or driving your amp, lots of gain, and a knob that lets you choose where on the waveform the pedal starts to clip, the PM me. ill tell you alllllll about it.

I just want a lowish-medium gain drive with a good EQ.
e: That double rock demo is the worst. Why he wants to play like that?

I really hate Prymaxe demos. So irritating.
But yeah, I'm really into that Mid-Fi OD. It's not quite as tweakable as I'd like, but the sound is incredible. Crimson drive is also one I didn't expect to like, but turns out I really do. Also very into the Mini...And Spack Vibes.
So many good choices, so little to spend!

yeah, i've never watched their's before and was all

....i turned down the volume and just read the screen which was far more informative. maybe if they cut off the first half of the demo with all the backing tracks and just stuck with the pedal framed and a hand making adjustments along with the words scrolling describing the possibilities it would have been a better demo.
regardless, its a really cool pedal.

It was weird. Probably why they put the running commentary....unless they always do? I imagine they record lots and lots of videos and it just gets monotonous. But the writing described the pedal's many options pretty well. Great option.

Yeah, basically. The stupid drum machine kills me. Just show me a pedal and your hands playing with knobs and I'll be a happy camper.
