Matt, I wanted to do a patch that was like a long sustain or hold kind of effect and it turns out the easiest way to do that is to just make a reverb repeat infinitely, or nearly infinitely, like super long though.

Man, this BitQuest is really turning into something super interesting! Seems like you've done a great job of thinking outside the box on it.

Thanks Matt, the BitQuest is the most fun I've had with a pedal in a long time.. it's really an adventure in distortion/fuzz and effects that sound cool with that, effects I really love, some of which pretty much have to be digital like the bitcrusher and reverb... I just hope people have a spirit of adventure with it, it's meant to be a fun experimental kinda thing.

That table of pedals looks amazing in real life, my pic doesn't do them justice! I think I'd have picked 22 or 31 or 28.. seriously tough choice though, I don't envy you guys! *smile*
jwar's is a cool red/pink splatter kinda finish and excane's is a red/blue mix.. both awesome for sure

Dammit, Ryan. I was doing just fine getting through my work day and I had to hop on ILF to see this beauty... and now I'm going to spend money which means that I'll need to sell a couple things... it's a vicious cycle. Okay, so one question... does this offer a clean delay in addition to the fuzzy sounds you spoke of in the original post? Basically, could this be the only delay pedal on my board if I wanted to use it for a clean delay at times and a fuzzy delay at other times? K, thanks, bye.

Nope! It's never a clean delay, and below noon it's got character in spades, totally uncleanupable. It's not that it's a fuzz circuit, it's just that the delay chip is so far past it's operating norm that the repeats are hugely degraded...
