I like your style
My Fuck and EQD Ghost Echo have been always on almost all year, but I just bought a used Dispatch Master that kicked my Ghost Echo off my board. I also set the Fuck the same, with just a bit of grit and the Threshold set up so that my amp crackles when I play hard or turn up my guitar volume.

I never keep anything on all the time but closest would be reverb (spring chicken with exp so basically off at heel down) or sparkle motion.
