I like the Marr Jaguar.
Im going to wire my Kurt Cobain Jaguar like the Marr Jag, but with humbuckers and add coil tapping.

i'm having a hum/buzz issue when i press down the trem arm.
it sounds like the typical single coil buzz.
but.
it stops when i touch my foot to anything metal on my pedalboard!? like a pedals foot switch.
i plugged straight into my amp. and press down the trem arm .. the buzz is still there.
so. it seems like some kind of shielding issue with the guitar/ pickups/ trem arm cavity.
any help?

It sounds like maybe the bridge ground wire is coming loose when you use the trem. That's where I would start anyway.

You can use copper shielding tape and tape the ground wire to the bottom of the bridge
and then screw it back down. That should keep it from moving around when you wang out.

Allegedly, there were only 200 sherwood green Marr jaguars available worldwide. Here's mine
Because just one isn't enough

Ive always liked the Olympic white ones.
If they would make a black and turquoise one, I would sell my kidney for it.
However, I'm totally envying you.

lost a Bridge screw whilst inspecting things
so. gotta fix that.
which reminds me.
i really like the Mastery bridge i put on a tele!
it's a new guitar now
i've thought about putting a Mastery on the Jagmarr. But ..
they're not cheap.
and. i can tell it will really change the sound of the Jag.
( take away some of the plinky jag magic

)
the bridge on the Jagmarr is good. but. it's just a mustang bridge with
staytrem bushings.
the mastery would feel - more solid.
has anyone put a Mastery on a Jag?
likes/ dislikes ?
