Oh hai!
These came too.
What the hell am I doing here...time to go blow shit up
So give us the rundown!! On all of eit.
Also did he ask you what color/ style you wanted on the zero? I've seen a few styles and I'm not so much a fan of the one on the site. I have an idea about one, I'll prolly just email him.

Re: Skreddy Zero
Funny story...right after the zero/ernie arrived I came down with something fierce (stomach flu? teh swine flu?)
I haven't picked up my guitar in a few days
He gives you the stock designs unless you ask...and even then I'm not sure what his general policy is on alternate finishes.
I'm sure he's buried under pig mine orders

Nice, jdavyd!
If I ever came into enough dough, I'd be tempted to get a Skreddy Echo. Too bad they're all so damn expensive, but at least you get what you pay for.

Do you like listening to homemade music? Me too. Why don't you try one of mine?

My echo will be ready in a few months

So after I get over the bug I had all last week, I find out some asshat has been trying to use my credit card, so I've been busy clearing that up.
I finally got a chance to jam a bit with my new toys yesterday/today. Initial impressions (pardon my shitty usage of buzzwords)
Zero:
Very agressive modern sounding muff. A lot of bite with fairly scooped mids (the tone knob lets you decide how much) but still cuts better than almost any other fuzz in my collection.
Not quite wooly/muffy, it's smooth yet angry and borders on power distortion.
I love the way the notes decay when you crank the sustain.
Ernie:
More mids compared to the zero, a bit rounder with a bit more grit. It lays it on thick, great for sabbath-y riffs (hence the master of reality font)
There is a certain something about this pedal that I can't put my finger on...maybe after some more time I can decide what exactly it is that I like about it.
Both are very articulate and are at home playing both chords and fast leads.
I dig running both with sustain maxed and tone around 11-ish.
The doomidrive:
An interesting fellow...it can be a very old school overdrive...(think early page/hendrix), but crank the drive and the bottom knobs and you get a FAT "boost" for your dirt pedals.
Bring down your master volume, and put the doomidrive at the end of your signal chain and everything will sound HUGE
It's isn't transparent, it adds a slightly "fuzzy" character to everything. Kinda like a treble booster I guess, but it's not a treble booster.
It's pretty unique sounding because it does the overdrive thing at lower settings but gets into fuzzy/distortion territory when you start cranking things.
The bottom knob is what makes this one.
I hope any of that made sense, I prefer to just say "it sounds fucking awesome" or "it fucking sucks" These three lean more towards the former.

Re: Skreddy Zero
Morningstaru - thanks for a great review.
I am so stoked that Marc is offering these again (albeit in a limited number). I didn't know it until now. I love my Top Fuel and am on the Pig Mine list. Wish I had the cash to order one of each, but will have to hope that between the TF and PM I can get pretty close to his other offerings.
Still kicking myself for not pulling the trigger on the Mayo with the mids switch while they were still being offered.

Can't go wrong with skreddy...I'm really tempted to throw down for a pig mine now.
It will be interesting to see where it fits in, being as nobody has actually heard one yet.

If it's Skreddy, you don't need to hear, just pay... and wait.
