Moog Phaser
Empress Super Delay (i've actually only used the Tape Delay but with the extra modes and looper I think the VMSD would be worth it)

I've owned alot of $300+ pedals. The only one that has stuck around is the Lovetone Meatball. Still not sure if I'd say it's "worth it", but it definitely does stuff that I haven't found elsewhere. Also, have a LAL Super Oscillo Fuzz that's excellent, but, while they retail for $300+, I paid alot less for mine.

Hmmm...not sure if I believe the price of any pedal is worth it. I've tried a lot of high priced pedals but nothing over the 500 mark. Which is INSANE anyway. I am tired of paying so fucking much for shit. It's annoying.
Things I believe that are not worth the value they demand and are extremely over hyped
Megalith-fucking awesome pedal, but simple circuit, simple design and not that impressive to me. WAY the fuck over hyped. New it is totally not worth it IMO.
Any Eventide pedal-while awesome and cool sounding, just not worth the dollar amount IMO. Too digital sounding. I've only ever bought these used. I would never pay over 300 for any of them.
Goatkeeper-sounds cool, but pretty unusable in most musical context IMO. Who seriously needs that much on a trem? The price is nuts on these things and I was very underwhelmed by it.
B7K-I love this pedal. Absolutely love it. I would buy one again too, but all in all, it is just not worth the dollar amount. There are other OD's out there that sound more natural and offer more for the money. IMO most hyped fucking pedal of the last year. I've owned it 3 or 4 times...who's counting? Great, but needs to be a hundred cheaper.
Ok now that I've said that, here are a few I think are worth the money:
Dwarfcraft Pitchgrinder-Unique, cool, easy to use and you can get as much out of this sucker as most multi's out there.
Okko Basstard-Probably the best bass OD I've ever tried. Miss it terrible. Organic, natural...sexy and then there's that magic you can throw into it and overdrive the shit out of your signal, while sounding articulate.
Swell pedal or Myco pedals-same as above. See I didn't think this for a long time, but these actually Trump the B7K IMO. They just sound better and have more options. Love the tone.
That's about it for me. There's more, but I'm too lazy to go through everything.

Oh and want to throw out there that The Elements is cheaper than most OD's and disto's and stomps the fucking shit out of 90% of them.

I've been really starting to question what is worth buying to me as well. If I can't personally build it for myself, I say that the price is pretty worth it MOST of the time.
'High Price' to me is really anything over $150 now. I used to blow a lot more than that on pedals but I've definitely cut back just because when I really start to question if it's worth the 'high price' I can say no.
I think Prymaxe is the only way I would really honestly buy a pedal new anymore other than if the builder themselves were offering some sort of discount. Hey, times are tough man, I just got married and I don't have a ton of money laying around anymore.
TD;LR: Here are high priced pedals that I think are worth the money:
Vintage Deluxe Memory Man. I will say that some of the prices that these go for are just stupid though.
Moog Ring Mod. I wouldn't buy one of these brand new just because again it's not COMPLETELY worth the $300 price tag (few pedals to me really are).
SS/BS Mini. Completely worth it.
DOD Meatbox + Buzz Box: I will also put a cap on this and say I would not pay more than $150 used for either one, but that they are still worth even that inflation.
