Oh, for now, I bought Dr. Sherm's splitter, and I'll pick up one of those ART Pro audio's as a summer. Or I'll use 'em vice versa - whichever. This is just a stopgap measure for studio use only - I want to be able to split my signal so I can jerry-rig my own multiband fuzzstortion. One of the first things I want to try is an ultimate synthstortion, using the Warmjet, my proto-Ruiner, and either my Freakenstein Jr or my Blargg-o-tron-o-tron. Or maybe all four! Could be a hot mess! Whoo-hoo!
EDIT: So, in hindsight, my request specifically for mixers might have been misleading. It was the splitting and summing that I'm most concerned with.
FUN! The simple splitter/mixer circuit I made works but its not loud enough. It's only two loops and I think one is a little quieter than the other. Good for experimenting with parallel sounds and recording but can be better. It's definitely worth getting right because I'm getting some insane sounds.

Yeah man - getting a two-loop rig that's pedalboard-worthy would be amazing. I just don't want most of the bells and whistles on most parallel loop pedals.

damn
i bought that little behringer micro mixer
mx 400
essentialy the same as that dod
but definately not as cool
it also powered and boosts each channel
but the downside is its 12v
the upside is if you dont plug it in
its passive and is th same as that dod
its made out of lighter folded sheet metal
but also 19 bucks new
at the size of a small pedal
opens doors for more fun

Well hell, that could do the trick nicely! I'll use the DOD to split and the Behringer to sum. SO MANY OPTIONS! And there's a GC about 15 minutes from me, so that'll do nicely on the impulse buy front. I LOVE ILF SUGGESTIONS!
EDIT: Done and done! April will be the month of MASSIVE FULL-EQ FUZZIFICATION!!!!!

Thanks to Excane for the recommendation, I just picked up a Mackie 802-VLZ3 for synth, bass and drum machine submixing and monitoring purposes. Sweet!

What do Aux sends do?

An auxiliary send is typically used to send an input to the board from the board to a monitor on stage. during a concert all of the monitor feeds will be controlled through the Aux. outs. Each channel on a mixer will have a level control for each Aux. send the board has, there may also be a stereo/mono option and a pre-fader switch to send that channel's signal as it sounds in volume un attenuated.
