Ahhh young Grasshopper, you did indeed need to "live it". Let me take you back to a time called 1978. The the Guitar Gods were of a different age (the 60's), they were the Old Gods, Hendrix, Clapton, Page, among other minor deities. Then one day, a mighty roar emanated from radio speakers, a sound familiar, yet entirely new, a song of the old guard (You Really Got Me), twisted, streamlined, and supercharged. It was like someone had shown up to a chariot race in a muscle car. Young minds were blown as the sound reached the four corners of the earth. It was a sound of the New God, a sound that made the faithful turn their backs on the old ways. And the message that the Mouth of the New God was spouting in tandem with the New God's sound, Party! Party! Party! It was a siren song no dirtbag who had seen less than 20 winters could resist.

The New God's power grew, into the dawn of the 80's, a time of wanton excess, a time of imported beer and eight-balls, a time tailor made for the sound of the New God. Then, around the time if the fifth album, the New God's luster started to fade. A plague of pretenders and imitators poisoned the soundscape. You could not escape the sound, for it was easy to replicate but difficult to replicate well. Both the New God and his Mouth's power became diminished and the Mouth tried to overthrow the New God and was cast down into the fiery pit of Cliche. A shadow spread across the land that emanated from So Cal, covering all but college radio, until a new beacon shone bright from Seattle and the New God's reign was finally at an end and New God joined Old. But the Old Gods die hard and the faithful pray for their return and the return of the joys that they brought unto them, but fear not, the old guard fades to dust eventually and the Old Gods are resigned to the pages of history.

Thanks for this, I'm totally using it later.

My close friends know the only music I listen to is the Breakfast Club soundtrack and Van halen's song "Jump." What can I say? I only listen to music that moves me. I think this pedal device is perfect for playing "Jump" as you can just jump on it and not worry about messing your pedals knobs up. I'd like it for when my band covers "Jump" and we all do the synchronized jump, I jump onto my pedal board and have to try and hit two pedals at once... this will make it much easier. This pedal is for jumping. It is jump pedal.
