They've always fixed a problem with me promptly...different people get different experiences I suppose.

One one hand, I could understand why they'd want this stuff removed (though I didn't get to read it, I can only assume it's negative).
On the other hand, if there was an issue, you'd think they'd want people to see how well they took care of it, and made good in the end...no?
