Bronzetalon would say "top mount jacks", but I'd just be happy with the in, out, and power not all being on different sides.

Also, everything should have a built-in boost, even if it's just trim pot. Gen 5 Echo, Brigadier, etc. are great examples of this.

+1 to boost in everything.

with the option of pre or post boost, especially on fuzzes. It's not hard to wire up with a 4dpt switch either

And SHO's, LPB's, etc are super simple circuits and fit in tiny places. Cheap parts, too.

More pedals with variable high pass filters for cleaning up the low end. I love this feature on my Timeline and my former Polytope. I think a few fuzzes that use clean blend would benefit more from a HPF implementation instead, you just don't see many builders doing it.

shouldn't there just be momentary feedback switches on every pedal?

I know that people like lots of controls with a very wide range, especially sounds that are just plain weird, out there, never before heard..

But sometimes I just wish for simple pedals that sound really good on any settings, and always stack well with other pedals. Like, always musical and never sounding wrong in context. Granted, that's a totally subjective and impossible-to-prove thing.

Most cheap/simple pedals don't actually sound good all the time, in fact, most of the time they don't play well with others and sound pretty gross.

So that's my "I wish": I wish for a line of simpler pedals that always sound good.

You just listed everything that I love about Dr Scientist's pedals. Amazing on every setting, can get weird, and stack very very well with everything.

More double effect pedals. Not like two channel pedals, but uglyface kinda deal. Tremfuzz, delayverbs, fuzzwah, envelope rings, octave rings....whatever. I like when two different effects are in a box and control the amount is coming out. Dispatch Master is a good example...but I'd like to see some not so sensible combos.

Yeah that's super awesome and there should be a lot more.

I think there should be more fuzz + filter combos out there. I know there is the Malekko 213 (?) and I've seen Creepy Fingers put a wah and fuzz in the same shell, but I just love the found of fuzz with fixed wahs

I can't think of many examples of this where I don't like 1 alot and the other not so much.
e.g., while I like the phaser in the Crystal Dagger, I have almost no use for it, while I could use the fuzz ON EVERYTHING ALL OF THE TIME.
