Ah, yes, I forget this is the forum of "oscillation is the most important thing"

What You'd expect from a bass player who just kept writing for his band without even touching his bass for MONTHS, in favor of concentrating just on pedalboard on its own. (though I had medical reasons for that, I feel the time off from bass was a good thing)

i remember bass people here using and loving it and i'm sure you could get a lot of FF type sounds from it
Not off at all, Wolf Computer sounds really close to Fuzz Factory mid rangey gnarly fuzz tones, motorboats mad, too.

When this was pointed on Harmony Central by a known guitarist /mod, along with the fact that it kicked the FF out of his board AND it costs considerably less, Zachary went bloody apeshit and flamed on the forum until he got outed.

thanks y'all. some interesting choices out there.
fuzzhugger wins! earthbound audio, BAT and fuzzhugger seem like a good match.
so far. he hath so much fuzz to choose from and I like it all.
the way it's thought out.
the form.
the options.
price.
awesome dude.
all in all, I like options and tone. and I'm thrifty, can we not be in this age?
but I can't recommend EARTHBOUND AUDIO, BLACK ARTS TONEWORKS and FUZZHUGGER ENOUGH!!!
awesome builders and gear.
top notch stuff.
ok I'm done.
good to go.

oh I've been lurking. hard. my wallet hates you guys. but I've devised some killer routing ideas because of all this pedalness.
and it shall be glory. or armageddon. probably the latter.

so now after not being able to sell the fuzz factory (I do like it I might add) just some things I'd like to extract from it for more control and whatnot, plus I already have to rethink my board quite a bit and the form of it just causes more issues with where it goes.
I'm leaning towards just putting it in a true bypass looper with a clean blend. I've got some heavy fuzzes anyways. and the loopers I have also have a feedback control.
so that open up the door a bit in what could replace it in the future eh?
most likely 2 different fuzzes. or more.
sheesh there's a lot packed in that small box.

Why not just keep it and get more fuzzes that do other things? There's so much squealy, fuzzy fun in this thread alone... heck, you could get every specific fuzz mentioned here without worrying too much about sonic overlap.

cool. last question. which of the fuzzhugger's can do the dying zippery fuzz with attitude? from the looks the velcroar but it's a little different it seems.
