One thing I'd say - The Wow & Flutter needs a good attack to do its magic (since the wow'ing and flutter'ing is based on an attack generated envelope which is triggered by the input signal) so I'd suggest putting that first. Excited to hear your findings, sir!

ME TOO!

And yeah, I definitely noticed that when I got an hour with the W&F the other day. Distortion off, crazy flutters. Distortion on, no crazy flutters. Was kind of nice actually!

If you got that from BTF that was my old one. :) I actually had better results with hotter input (ie. fuzz in front of it.) It is a strange and wonderful beast for sure.

I got it from Wes who got it from BTF who got it from YOU! So yes, it WAS yours! haha. I can't wait to actually have time to PLAY with my shit for more than an hour at a time. TO HELL WITH REAL LIFE.

But yeah, I like that I'm going to have to spend a lot of time with the W&F. There aren't many pedals that I truly sit down with anymore, this one is one of them though!

That sucker is labyrinthine in its depth and mystery. Sounds so f'n good with an analog delay after it too. Enjoy it man!

Okay, so I did a lot of recording last night. This is Volume 1 Part 1, or the testing of the Deluxe Memory Boy's Loop.

Fender Blacktop Jaguar into: Ernie Ball Volume Pedal, EHX Octave Multiplexer, Blackout Effectors Seriously Special Twosome, EHX Deluxe Memory Boy (loop of DMB: Snazzy FX Wow and Flutter, Montreal Assembly Wrong Side of Uranus, Synthrotek PT2399 Delay with mods, MXR Phase 90, 70's Deluxe Memory Man, DOD DFX9, EHX Holy Grail, 4MS Noise Swash Clone, Madbean Cavedweller) into Hardwire DL8 Delay/Looper and finally into my trusty old Epiphone Valve Junior

I think I'm just going to turn this into the thread where people can talk to me. Sonidero is on the right track people. This is my bored at work thread.

How much are they asking for the Duke? LOOK AT THE SKINNY CASE OH MAN

Also, here is a picture of the full chain before I started playing:

Duke is $350... At about 9:00 it was soo washed out that the strumming started to sound like a drum beat... You do some pretty nice pedal dancin at the end there too...

It was crazy, I had so much fun playing around. I'd not hooked up almost all my pedals in a long time. And thanks dude!

I noticed that I REALLY need to rehouse the Madbean Delay and put a blend control on it so I can get some clean signal, like I'm doing to excane's. Without it there is a huge boost in volume and it's got a pretty bad high end loss on the repeats (which is killer, but not when you can't hear clean tones)

I also found that phaser before delay is magical and I'm kicking myself for not trying this 3 years ago

Not a bad price at all. Ebay is just getting stupid with their prices. Not like they were ever good, but people have really fallen off the deep end recently.

I'll be uploading the rest of what I recorded last night tonight when I get home from work and going on a date with my wife!

I was really surprised at how awesome the DMB sounds. In all honesty, its got the same features as the newest DMMT, is the only difference the chips? While its not QUITE my 70's DMM, its not enough of a difference for me to really care, it takes up less space, I can get ring mod type repeats on the fly, and I can stuff the loop with tasty treats. STILL need to record reverse delay in the loop...

I demo'd the DMM in the DMB's loop for a few minutes, as well as putting them in some sort of chronological order as well. Stay tuned
