Them Green Dunlop tortex ones. They're just one step up from what I use on guitar and I haven't had problems with them breaking when playing bass.

Used to use those Landstrom sharkfins -- the shape works well for my hands.

Stopped using picks altogether a few years ago though. Always got a bunch of JazzIIIs kicking around just in case...
