There is black lithium grease inside, so you might want to add a dab.

After I put it back together, it seemed fine - just don't wipe all of it away and you're good

Also, remember which side is which on the main big gear. If the little screw doesn't want to budge at first, I wouldn't force it. It's pretty tight, so it might have been held in place with thread lock. Either way, it's not going to come apart.
