So the tape mode does this cool thing when it self-oscillates that I've never heard a pedal do before; the temo (or "tape speed") changes gradually.

Demo!

add an expression pedal (which you can program to anything!!!!)
I will demo this soon.

I will note, this pedal is kinda glitchy, so I think you get what you pay for. It clicks and pops when settings are changed, etc. But to me, the glitchyness is part of the appeal. As long as I don't discover that it's killing my tone, this maybe finally end my Great Big Fuckin Delay search.

Interesting. Clicks and pops a la the TC Flashback when you switch over to the looper from a delay?

Any time you click a button, etc., you get digital noises, subtle, usually. If you switch looper modes while using it, there is a slight pause in sound.

FWIW, I haven't noticed this at all, well except for the looper part.

i had a bad patch cable buzzin and it made that sound good
kinda like church organs in the distance
the tube echo makes my settup sound good even with the delay zeroed
im thinkin as long as im plugged into it runnin on that setting instead of bypassing it

i just realized a crappy volume pedal im not using doubles as an expression pedal
anyone messed around yet, tried different parameters
i used a third hand pedal on a dd-7 time knob to whack it out
but id rather push it into oscillation and not have to rock the pedal around
and the feedback knob to 10 goes nuts on some of the delays on the vox, esp some ofthe analog models
i never used a true expression pedal before(lazy) now i got one and im sure i need TWO
and will the expression pedals knob choice get saved with presets, or when you set it is it dedicated there until you change it manually

Expression pedal settings are saved to each preset separately.

Is the looper assignable to a patch or do you have to bend over and do it each time?

i dont think so
looper disengages channel switches
so you cant tap out of the looper either
closest thing ive come to that is setting exp.pedal to change type selector knob

Damn. I guess if the competition isn't doing it why would they worry about it?
