ok, I ordered one together with an Okko Dominator. Looking forward to a little shootout which one to keep. Maybe I'll keep both, but I'm sure my girlfriend would kill me^^

Very nice and thank you very much! I've only seen one video comparing the Elements to the Dominator, high gain palm mute style by Kayzer, seems like a great pedal for sure. I think you should keep both! *smile*

I will, but don't tell her *psst*

I know Kayzer from another forum. I would set the sounds a bit different than him, I like the older sounds from the 80s but with just "more" of everything. like some old skid row or dream theater. I'll be doing some review-vids for the german Schecter community this summer and I think those two pedals will do some good sounds. And with the Elements being so damn versatile... I see some nice things I could do with both pedals and the mix knob

Good man! Check out Ryan's slayer setting. You could easily get Kreator/Destruction tones out of it - dial it back a bit and you should be able to get some sweet hard rock tones :D Ryan do you have a link to that post with the settings and the vid?

Direct from Ryan! He's a good dude!
- I took the wrong SD card to the gig so I couldn't record anything - sucks! But it was just as well, I think the mix was pretty average.

I know, but taxes suck. buying from a european dealer is cheaper and easier for me.

well my gig yesterday was like in the seventies. guitars had to reach the audience on their own, because the PA was reserved for vocals, bassdrum and toms (triggerpads! in a live situation...). and there were only two monitors for 5 people on stage and not one worked. oh yeah and they put a PA cabinet under the bass amp, so the first band plugged directly into the cab and shot it the hell... so the bassist had to play via DI into the PA and couldn't monitor himself. and our drummer destroyed the skin of the bass drum before our last song, because the kit was just some cheap shit. but it was fun, in a not at all fun way^^

I wish we had an Austrian dealer, that would be really cool! If you have a favourite local shop that's into boutique pedals, Atrox, let me know please!

Ryan if you're looking for a Swedish distro I can have a chat with the dudes at These Go To 11 - it's an awesome shop. www.tgt11.com - they can ship at reasonable rates within Europe and you don't get stung for import duties as it's within the EU so other EU dudes can happily shop there.
