Someone took me up on the 8-knob, 1-toggle octave up fuzz. 
Big fuzz, subtle octave up...two diode knobs (one of which increases octave up, above the 12th fret), letting you blend between silicon, LED and germanium, a fuzz/overdrive knob, lows/character knob, gain+voltage knob (adjusts voltage in half of the circuit), then a toggleable Upper for more intense octave, with Bias and Sustain controls. Basically, insanely tweakable octave up fuzz!
