Apparently, Dimebag Darrell would go to various pawn shops and bring a cord that barely worked. He'd try out pedals and be like "Man, this don't work, I'll take it off your hands for $30", which is how he duped douchebags from my hometown and got his first Tubescreamer, and Whammy.

I got my TS9DX for 50 bucks. I use it almost exclusively with my bass to add a nice kick to it.
