I'm just recording and extending my voice using a 4 track tape, delay pedal, and reverb pedal right now. So I guess......lo-fi-a cappella-surf-drone-folk-R&B-traditional african
If only it sounded like what I just wrote.

I'm in a covers band that do jazz, 60s rock n roll and stuff, although I'm not too interested in listening to any of that it's fun to play. The solo stuff I'm recording (slowly) is like fuzz-pop/indie rock with gazey/post rock things thrown in? I dunno, that probably describes what I'd most like to play. Also find myself making crazy noises, playing sludgey riffs, shoegaze, whatever neil young & crazy horse is, buncha stuff. I'd be happy playing most things in a band really, except metal that isn't super slow.
depends on what i've been listening to. I've done hardcore bands, i do my own little ambient thing, i occasionally play some reggae type stuff, and i'm currently trying to form a 90's influenced post hardcore band of sorts. it's all over the place

I always tag my bands music as fun whenever I can. Me and my current band mate were trying to figure out ways to make the band be called Fun or incorporate it, however, it's not happened...maybe we should check out different languages.
Someone recently review and compared my group to Mars Volta and Rage Against the Machine. Very stupid person, we sound nothing like them at all! I think the only reason they did that was my appearance...fucking pop punk kids need to listen to other music and expand horizons.
