Can someone post up pics of what it looks wired in?
Just need kind of a reference.

Re: TGD Build! Ask yo motherfuckin' questions here!
hello, I just finished my build today and tried to do it carefully. I 've got a problem: my LED lite and burnt in 2 seconds. I changed it to check and again it overheats . I now switch it off before the " 2 seconds burn thing" to prevent it to blow again.
Am I supposed to add a 1k to 4.7k resistor to the LED like in a lot of circuits or is it integrated in the PCB (one of the 3.3k resistors) ?
Does someone know what I might have done wrong?
Thanks in advance
(pardon my broken english, I'm french)

Can you take pics of the inside of your box?
I just put everything in mine, ready to wire it up and it looks so damn straight forward. I didn't realize it's so simple. lol
What kind of power supply are you using by the way?

Ok quick question.
Should the pots be sitting kind of crooked when screwed down to the enclosure? Sounds like a dumb as question I know, but it's driving me fucking nuts.
Speaking of nuts. Where can I get a few extra of the ones that were included with the pots? I've been to Radio Shack and Home Depot and they both claimed to not have them. How can Home Depot not have them???

did you snip off the little thingy-thing on the pot? I mean the little piece that sits next to the potentiometer shaft on the body of the pot?

yeah otherwise it won't sit flat in the enclosure- well, you could also drill a small hole in the enclosure for it but if you tighten the nut enough you'll get enough stability.

Ok. Can anyone here see what I might have done wrong? I'm getting a bypassed signal fine. The LED works great. When the pedal is engaged, it sounds like static. Not sure what to do. Anything obvious stick out?

you have to add a resistor. 1K or 4.7K will only affect its brightness.

Which part did I wire wrong though? I'm looking at the layout and can't figure it out.
