The guitar is recorded with garageband for the last songs, before that i recorded my songs with an EHX 2880, and before that with just an iphone in front of the speaker (you can hear the click of the footswitch).

It's a mellotron, but built with a walkman by this guy:

You record a note or a melody on the tape, and the keyboard change the voltage, so the speed of the playing, and the tone of the note, same thing as a mellotron.

For me, it's a Boards of Canada-in-a-box because of the real Wow and flutter effect of the tape!
