Prolly, just figured I'd contribute to the discussion. They're slightly different. Octavia generates octave up and down, Blue Box just down. I think. Never actually fiddled around with either of them.

I dunno if the circuit is a clone or an original, don't really feel like looking into it, but the swollen pickle before dunlop rubbed their greasy cocks all over it?

I think that one was a Big Muff done on a Transistor Array IC... might be wrong though, one of the Way Huge pedals was though.
To be honest, half of these effects mentioned are clones in some way of each other.
