I think that Brett's video is totally awesome! And I really dig the scooped mids sound too he gets too.. I like all the tones.
I don't love all the comments though haha, some of those guys are just really ignorant. I think the Elements is really intuitive... 3 bands of eq, gain and volume, plus a clean blend... pretty straight forward to me. *shrug*

Mreh it's the same flak I catch for playing mesas...yes there are a lot of knobs and switches, but they are broken down by channel and are sectioned off.
Same goes for the elements imo.
...and the mids comments are just
for most of the video he had the mids boosted.
If you ask me the coolest sounding clip was the mid scooped deftones one

Yeah I agree! I like knobs at extremes.. gain all the way up, mids all the way down, bass all the way up, mids all the way up.. that kinda stuff. I like Mesas too, Jon!

Any plans to update The Cleanness, Doc? Seeing that The Elements has gathered rave reviews

Yarr I don't think either video really stressed that, which is one of the biggest selling points for me.
There are many dirt pedals with flexible EQ's, but there's always a bit of dirt or coloration or something there.
The elements can serve as a straight beefed up "the cleanness" EQ pedal...I think many more people would be into the elements if they knew this.

The Elements replaced the Cleanness.

Yeah there isn't really any videos showing it as a stand alone eq but it actually works very well as one, it also sounds really good after other drives pedals as well.

Hey Ryan,
I wanted you to see this. I've been gigging in Melbourne for the last 4 nights and am headed to Sydney tomorrow to do the same. Perth after that. I built this board after trying your Elements pedal. The reason it's down on the bottom left is because it's used 2:1 above the other two dirt pedals. I can't get enough of the damn thing. Which means, of course, that I'll probably need another soon.. !
Anyway, for your amusement...

Ahh yes! True enough. Unfortunately there's little call for a fuzz in the band I'm working with at the moment. However, the Klinger Buzzaround does tag along with me these days and I stick it in line for some fuzz relief every now and then.
