i've always wanted a mockingbird......

..... joe perry has one that is solid rosewood, heavy as fuk and sounds wonderful...ever since i played that guitar i've wanted one....and i'll prolly never get one.
what was the topic?????

for some reason I dont like the sg in any color other than red black or white. I do like that color but I like it better on V, explorer, melody maker or a LP. actually I like that color a lot on a tele but I dont think its exactly like TV yellow.

bc riches can get sorta awkward with a strap. i do prefer biches to mockingbirds but hey, this is supposed to be about the mighty sg!!!

i love the sg, just not as much as the les paul...

BC rich was good in the 80's. long story but yeah. what about a prs with p90's and a pickgaurd. they are slightly cheaper than a maple top prs. 60's necks are great but I cant remember if it had one when I played it.

I forgot about the natural brown or stain or whatever. that one looks sweet. and yeah the bright red looks way better than dark red on a sg.

if neck binding is not a big deal or you prefer a halfguard to the batwing, there's also the 60's Worn Tribute SGs for about $800. I want a white one, like this-
