Fake WRH's, faker than the usual, isn't really doing it for me. And I hate bridge hum / neck single configurations for the '51.
So close, though, on the Mustang that isn't a Mustang. It's a Duo Sonic and should be damn proud to be one. And though the Squier one is fun, this one has my attention.

I love the blue Mustang! Short scale Fender with 9.5" radius and high output humbuckers with coil tap, Jesus it's perfect.
I'll have to consult my GC buddy, he can usually do 45% off list, a little over $500 is a price I could live with. As much as GC fuckin' sucks, having a friend who works there comes in handy.
Are these MIM??

I'm a pretty big mustang fan (it's the 1 guitar I own). but these are petty ugly imo, some people dig them though, each to their own. I just don't like the no trem and the humbuckers it just looks odd. Mostly it's the fact that for $800 you could almost buy the real deal. 60s mustangs are around $1100 and way cooler..

Yeah I got a old mustang because I was too poor to get a vintage jaguar or jazzmaster. They are like 4k+ which is just waaaaaaay too much. So I got an old mustang and it's so much fun I will keep it forever! The jap ones are pretty nice too i'm told.

the more i think about that new mustang, i wish they woulda just made it a new model like what they did with the cyclone and the toronado in the 90's. fender has been lacking in that department lately if you ask me. the body is different but similiar to the mustang but looks alot like the shape of the fender marauder that was a super rare proto that went nowhere.
