810 = focused, powerful, force of nature.
I love my 810 cab. Louder than six 15s and more articulate than a million. with the 810 I get a nice present "body" to the low end. And the infinite baffle helps bass response and focus on the lows. 10s just have the punch raw, quick response and transients needed more my bass to cut through. I've been pondering trying a three 10s and three 12s in one cab for a little smaller more travel friendly rig. Dunno if I ever will try it.
In 15s defense, David Wm Sims (of the Jesus Lizard) used two 15s and the rear pickup of his Jazz bass solo'd. The 15s were a good counter balanced to a thin sounding bass tone. And his tone is fucking great for the genre.
Anyone ever play a GK 800 RB? Or that matter any of the RB series?

Are you looking for guitar or bass?
Ideally, One Cab To Rule Them All.
I'll check the Eminence 1518's and see how they sound with bass.
I know they can handle baritone and VI but they only go down to 60hz where most bass speakers can do 45-50hz.
The other problem is they are only 150w so they may not be usable with a lot of the newer bass heads.
The Eminence Commonwealth 15" is a guitar speaker with a 50Hz - 4kHz range and it's 225w. Downside $145 each.

I went to highschool with this douchebag who had two 15s in the trunk of his--wait for it--Ford escort. No joke. The speakers sounded decent themselves but you could barely hear them past all the horrid rattling coming from his trunk lid and spoiler. There was also the fact that he wasn't really into music so nothing but really generic 90's techno ever came out of them

I miss my 15s
I had a plush tube head with a 2x15 main gig amp for years, always sounded huge.
Really made guitars sound insane
