Mosrite is vintage, harder to find, more expensive, not true bypass, but totally awesome
Ashbass is a clone, from what I've heard it sounds pretty good, easily avaialble, cheaper
But kosta's right, drop jerms a note and get one of his. He has more original Fuzzrites than I do too, so has lots to base it on.
There are other clones of course. (Didn't stanimal have some up here a while back?)
Fuzzrite is really compressed, buzzy, and has a unique bloom to it.
The Maestro is sheer vintage garage buzz -- listen to old Janis Joplin for the Maestro rasp.

MAESTRO FZ-1A (claims to be 1964, although I'm pretty sure the FZ-1A wasn't released until autumn/winter 1965. I have a 1965 with the PAF sticker)
