Death grips rules For sure but I don't understand how it keeps popping up in OF topics. I love everything they put out so far. That rapper sounds massive and aggressive

I'm not really sure either because they don't seem to be that similar aside from they're both outlandish (but in completely different ways). But I figured I'd post it here to get some discussion. & to spread the word about Death Grips.

just check em out. pretty impressed. the only thing i don't like about OF is that Tyler, despite being insanely talented, seems to do things simply for the sake of being ridiculous sometimes. plus, he likes justin bieber. not even kidding.

I shouldn't discount the rest as shitty but they are pretty far behind Tyler from what I've heard. Especially Jasper and Taco, I don't really care for their verses

They are young though and with some solid talent surrounding them I'm sure they will develop

Jasper and Taco are both just personalities. They both claim to not be rappers, so not liking their verses makes sense. I don't either really.

However, this is definitely not ICP for hipsters.

That's true, they certainly don't ruin songs. I guess that's a better way to look at it

AS far as being ICP for hipsters, I could give a fuck what people label them. Everyone has different tastes in music, everyone interprets it differently and there's so much out there to listen to, why bother trying to label everything
