That P-Bird is gorgeous! No frills, just pure beautiful wood! Should you ever need money, you can probably talk me into taking out a 2nd mortgage for that thing.
The Queen Bee, Butter and especially the Baritone aren't half bad either. Thank you for reminding me that I need something with a Koa top.
The only thing I don't like is that white pickguard on the Green V, too big for my tastes.

I think that you & Elwood need to collaborate on a guitar & bass design. And then sell them through Fuzzhugger.
ILF + harebrained scheme + Tom = PROFIT!
As long as I don't have to mess with frets I think it is a good idea... I hate fretting

AGREED! I've only messed with frets once myself, but it was a horrible, horrible experience. We can just buy StewMac necks for this hairbrained scheme, or source them someplace else if you'd prefer...
Now somebody go tell Tom that he's in the guitar business now!

Stu-mac necks rock actually... The neck on the bari is a stu-mac, I so wish I had had the money back then and had gotten a bunch of them, great neck, the only problem was they didn't bevel the fret ends so I still ended up dressing it... Um really anyone but Warmoth.. I don't like Ken much; I interviewed there and it was a very unfun interview [he didn't like the silks on the strings on the bass I brought [still to come] were red and blue.. and even wanted to check out my bands site and gave me opinions on the site...] and to top it off they didn't actually need anyone he just wanted to interview me for future reference..

So there are three might not make it to the thread

first bass which was a carvin-ibanez frank is long gone.. and second bass [first real build] is in pieces... I am looking for picts... I also have a odd parts strat I built but who knows when Mike might bring it to jam... if he does I take a pict of it if I don't find another...
