I have a pic somewhere of emperor vertical 4x12s that go straight up, like mighty obelisks

I remember Univox and various other companies had a couple 4x10 or 4x12's that were columned like that. Always wondered what they sound like.

Young Widows used Emperor cabs like this, for sure.

I used to have some traynor 4X12 like this

but they weren't very loud and could only handle about 50watts.
I sold them after I blew a speaker not running them very hard.


this thread makes me feel warm inside.
a pair of 4X15 cabs would be such an awesome score. I'll have sweet dreams tonight.


or a full stack of Mark Percy 4X15 cabs?

I hate myself for passing on a 4x12 and 2x15 relatively local
While we're talking about Emperors, here's mine
Got it second hand in a trade, thought it was a good deal at the time but I ended up taking a decent loss (wish they listed the prices on the site :idk: )
