Otay…
On the Twin If the Tremolo (Leo needed a dictionary)/ reverb channel doesn’t work
ie no sound, check the 2nd and 4 th pre amp tubes. Those are the t/r ch preamp and reverb recovery tube all the signal on that channel pass through both.
You know the 1st preamp tube works and the phase inverter, and power tubes work.

please dont get ruby tubes.
i like NOS GE/Sylvania/RCA for all my various fender needs. because to be honest, nothing is going to sound better than vintage NOS USA made tubes in a vintage USA made amp.
one of my buddies helped design the fender 400 based off of the 6550's it uses, and he said it was GE or bust.
currently i've got a quad of sylvania's powered by RCA pre tubes. my RCA quad died.
it sounds like the best thing ever.

It was the 5th preamp tube.....?
Problem fixed, though. And for only 20 bucks?
Beers on me tonight!

send me your emperor 2x12 so I can combine it with mine to make a 4x12...

for fixing the problem yourself, imagine how many guitarists would have taken it to a tech to be ripped off for <10 minutes of work due to minimum bench fees

I will soon have another 2x12--gotta save up enough dough. Gonna run stereo, it'll be sweet.
Yeah, my tech isn't bad, $20/hour....So, I saved myself roughly $20 bucks.
