I had one for a wee while. Kind of a fun toy in mono, but TOTAL EFFING AWESOME in stereo. As with quite a few of the newer EHX pedals, the truly usable portion is a narrow band...but again, in stereo there's a lot of cool variations. I currently run a Boss PN-2 and a Hummingbird, and you could get 95% of the way there with a Pulsar, I think.
