i started playing bass when i was 16. my cousin started guitar around the same time and he was 14. well, my p's were out of town so he came over for a sleep over. we got a huge bag of swedish fish from the bulk candy section and made some of the most horrible noise ever and recorded it. we were called the swedish fish and the song was called the tasmanian devil trapped in a snow storm!!!
we just used some old boom box with a built in mic as we had no idea what we were doing... i still have the tape in a box some where!!!
oh my god. oh my god. oh my god.
I need to hear that... and, if it's as awesome as it sounds, I need to release it as a split on my retardedly-shitty CD-r/Tape label with one of my dumbass projects.
Also: I don't think I've ever had a Swedish Fish before... Someone please send me a single Swedish Fish in some kind of packaging wherein it won't make a disgusting mess, please. I'm completely serious... I will PM my address if you can do this for me and you promise not to smear it in your muddy butt crack or something.

Wow, I can't believe I wasn't the first person to come up with such a request... I hadn't even read this prior... WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?!?!
I still want a fucking Swedish Fish in my mailbox. SERIOUSLY. I am too broke and too lazy to go all over the place looking to see if they are sold anywhere, not to mention, my car has a bulge in the tire I need to get sorted out.
Swedish Fish are a road trip staple for this guy... but only the red ones. I also don't discriminate against size. Big or small are good in my book. I will agree that you get more bang for the buck with the baby fish.
Candy of the gummy persuasion is the bomb. Peach rings, gummy sharks, cherry cola bottles, sour patch kids, etc. They are the bane of dentists everywhere.

Yeah man, I'm not down with green, yellow, or any color besides red when it comes to the Fish. It's jusT shady if you ask me. I fear change.
I'm a big gummy fan as well. You definitely named some of my favorites. I also love all things chocolate.
but on a different note...
WHO ELSE LIKES CANDY CORN?!

Candy Corn... I used to love that jazz when I was a kid. And those pumpkins? They were the cause of many civil wars within my family. We fought like Americans fighting for oil. haha.
I just thought of another classic... Kasugai Kiwi Gummy We found out about them from a local international market/restaurant called the International Market. Those crazy foreigners and there creative namings.

True! Apple is good. I think I've tried 4 different flavors... kiwi, apple, strawberry, and pineapple?... they all are tasty, but I'll have to say the kiwi's are my favs.
