I have built a few Repeat Percussions and one of them has a mod that makes you choose between reverse sawtooth wave (original Vox design) and normal sawtooth wave. There's not a lot of components in that cirquit so my guess is either waveform inversion, an effect volume preset or a depth preset. My original Vox unit had a massive volume drop and tone like Mexican AM radio ...UglyCasanova wrote:KaosCill8r wrote:UglyCasanova wrote:![]()

Yes it is. I think I've read that it has a little more depth, but I'm not sure. Mine also has a mystery botton. I wonder what it does!![]()

Re: What is in the post? The thread of and for GAS!
Most likely waveform inversion because the one I had actually went above unity a good measure and the second knob is depth/pulse length (mine only made a noticable effect up until about 2 o'clock). But who actually knows? Its Seppuku, haha. Still neat stuff, UC. Keep the knobs!Hypnodrone wrote:I have built a few Repeat Percussions and one of them has a mod that makes you choose between reverse sawtooth wave (original Vox design) and normal sawtooth wave. Re: What is in the post? The thread of and for GAS!
It changes the speed, like on the EQD Hummingbird.
The Radiofreq is insane. Simply insane.
JunkTone is weird as hell, but I can see it working very well with the sound I'm going for (#ChaseTheTone)
DLFO is a Mind Warp deluxe edition. Warm, sirupy and very lively with the LFOs engaged. The LFOs are subtle, but very much beautiful. I think it will take boomy fuzzes like a champ.
Overall, I'm super psyched to get to know them better!

Thanks, lord! I will! ^_^
Neon: sure thing. It sounds dope on VI too. *teases*
They all sound great, but that Radiofreq...wow. It's stealing the show. It's the most brutal PLL pedal I've tried. The textures are legendary, so nasty and hairy, tons of modes and sounds/oscillations, reacts very well to your tone knob and playing dynamics, and it is so, sooo loud. Perhaps the loudest pedal I've owned next to the MASF Thorn. Very disturbing and yummy.
