Good luck.
LOCOPELAND wrote:Hey Achtane, have you ever gotten the wood grain ring that makes you flip all over the place like a ninja? This is my first playthrough using it, and hot damn, it's badass! It's great for PVP. Especially at this low of a level. People just don't expect it haha
Nah, sounds lulz though. Where is it? Man, every time I get invaded it's by some dude with ridiculous gear, it's only ever been an even fight once. It'll be good revenge when I get Tranquil Walk of Peace on my boxer.
I'm still at Sen's, was trying to get coop working with a friend but the summons always fail when he tries to get me. My current weapon is super slow and still doesn't do very good damage, so I just died with 30k next to that freaky chest. I'll get it this time. Maybe.
Just gotta help someone kill a boss so I can join the Sunbro covenant.
The Wood Grain ring is held by the nearly invisible ninja that's in the forest right around the corner from the Cat Covenant. Join covenant, kick him off the cliff, quit game, pick up the ring and run for your life hahhaha
The Sunbro covenant is the one I'm currently in. Best way to get into it is drop a summon sign in the undead burg right outside the bridge leading to the blacksmith. You get 5k souls for helping kill the gargoyles on the roof. I've done that run over a dozen times now and it always pays off. After a few runs of that, I believe you should be good to join the covenant.

Ahhhhh yeah, okay. I go there and kick those guys off the cliffs for an easy 7k per run sometimes. I saw the cat thing once and booked it in the opposite direction.

Yeah, talk to that cat and join her covenant. You can bypass all of the hostile NPCs and just run straight to her. They back off once you begin talking. Be sure you kick off the ninja, and not the other dude. They will fuck you up if you do it wrong.

I was all set to say "
Do not pursue Lu Bu" but then I remembered something:

In first seeing this part in the game, it left me awestruck that 1) Sephiroth destroyed the solar system like it was no big deal, but more so 2) when the sun goes red giant and engulfs him, too...and he emerges without a scratch

What a badass. Still the coolest summon spell in a video game, by a longshot.

Have you played it? It was on my radar, but I haven't been keeping track of new releases.

The Metacritic is 50% or lower on every platform and from all the footage I've seen, those scores seem justified.

The part that made me angry was that they completely fucked up the story line. As one of my all time favorite stories that I have been following since I was a teenager I had such high hopes for this game. Form what I can gather there is nothing but fan service, which at this point in my life is something that I do not want or care anymore to have. Incorporate everything else, I am just going to wait for a used copy to play on my WiiU.
If you check out the recent articles on the Penny Arcade Report, it pretty much nails everything on what is wrong with the game.

I'm thinking about picking up a 3DS just for Fire Emblem: Awakening. I seriously loved the GBA ones. Anyone have it?

About 50 hours deep into Ni No Kuni and I'm pretty sure I'm nearing the end...
I've been taking a lot of time off Ni No Kuni lately playing Counterstrike:GO. It's my new/old addiction.
