Yeah dude, getting proper sleep will make your life a hell of a lot better. Mental instability(of all kinds) feeds off irregular sleeping patterns.
truth. sleep helps everything.

More Spin and Lies form a Lying Spinster?
(okay I say that without any actual research [my perception from the bank bailouts and the campaign for change when no actual change has occurred,...at least that I can tell anyway] but what politician isn't a liar?)

New glasses are awesome.
No more electrical tape.
No more GGG Big Muff wire holding one side together.
I don't have to bend them a certain way to keep them on my face. And they don't give me a headache.
I rocked those broken glasses for 3 years, but it's time to retire.

Played with a new band today

They're looking a little more ambient/post rock than I'd prefer, but the drummer is a good friend and he's known the guitarist forever. Had a really good jam, this should be a lot of fun!

didn't spend the entire day feeling miserable today. currently watching my boys, i.e. the two larger kitties, sitting on/around the heater and sleeping...they're so great. my cats really make me happy. i finally just about have the living room sorted from last weekends' moving calamity and am moving on to trying to cope with the kitchen and bathroom. and i have the big amp (in my world a 30W Laney counts as "big" until i get the Twin Reverb fixed) set up in the living room ready to run the full pedalboard with looper and MIDI-controlled rack.
