I LIKE my noisy, sloppy guitar playing.

It's fun and I love how it sounds. Although I can do more intricate playing when required (still not very fancy), I pretty much never do because it's less fun.
Yep, that's where I am, as well. I mean I don't sit down and practice, I just play. It feels good.
I wouldn't mind getting to this point either. I don't want to be a virtuoso, I just want to be fluid enough and play more than twisting knobs.
Not that there's anything wrong with twisting knobs, I love getting new sounds out of stuff, but I feel like I can do it more creatively.

We totally should!
I think it would be neat to have an ILF collaboration or somethin'. ILF comp.
I figured they were still in transit, but there's no way I would ever bring it up anyway

But thanks for the heads-up.

CONFESSION: When I'm jamming, and REALLY start feeling it, I start to breathe really deeply and infrequently and start to get light headed.

^well yeah, that's the reason I play. that feeling when the band nails it in that perfect determined chaos we call music.

That would be pretty rad I think! No idea how you would go about doing it.

Last night I decided that for a while at least, instead of playing grindcore, death metal, and black metal, I wanted to focus on more classical music. Started learning Chopin's Waltz no. 10 in B minor.

For the past three days, I've been awakened by my alarm, thought, "I really need a shower," reset my alarm and gone back to sleep.

I do this frequently. I actually just got a second alarm clock to put on the other end of the room so I don't miss like half my lectures.
