Speaking of which I am now pretty sure that I will not be calling my venture Black Hand Analog. Too many 'Blacks' out there and not enough quality. Plus I don't want my stuff to get instantly profiled because the brand name is all 'doomy' and suchlike. I have no intention of changing my personal style outside of the usual growth one experiences in life and I will certainly not forsake my friends. But I think a more open ended name would be good.

And speaking of my venture, I finally pulled the trigger. One hundred powder coated Hammond 1590N1's are coming way. I think I annoyed Ben V's metal guy with all my questions and that's okay because I found a sheet metal fab shop up in Woodinville that prints nothing but metal products and uses various enamels including epoxy. I'm getting ever closer!

Sweeeeeeeet. I have nothing against the word "black", but it's a tad common and does immediately evoke a very specific feeling and association. I wouldn't want to be tied down to anything that I didn't create myself naturally.

It took me a second to understand what you were saying there, but I getcha.

D-Day wrote:Something ought to be done! BTW, this here tourbox goes out to you tomorrow!

thanks. I can finally end that long running thing. I will have to have strict rules on the next tourbox with limited people. Wish I could let it run but its dumb to have it go so long that people lose the motivation to even get it by the time they can use it/

This.

Not to put anyone down, but I actually bought two of the BAT pedals before the tourbox ever left the third person in the route. The tourbox is gradually becoming less and less interesting. :grumpy:
