Can we collect a round of donations to buy away Sponsored Ad. (Please no inflated/repetitive clicking. Thanks!) and the dating links and shit from end of the page?

I made a donation today. Has that donate link always been there or have I just never seen it before today?

I made a simple donation of what my hourly wage is at work. And I make alright scratch.

Think of how much you've ever made off free listings in the B/S/T! That's worth a little donation, right?

I actually disabled my Ad Block add on just for ILF,...for the greater good (I guess,...I'm retarded when it comes to how those things work,...only clicks generate revenue?).

I never really scroll down that far on the Index page anyway.

To be completely honest, probably not. I really want to hire a phpBB expert to fix bugs, integrate Facebook like buttons, and do some other really slick upgrades.
This might be our best shot at it.

Some forums have ads at the top of pages or in-between posts! Some charge for B/S/T or other privileges (like attachments). An unsightly / irrelevant ad at the bottom of the page isn't too bad. I'm going to work on slipping in some ads for ILF builders too.

That's kinda how it works. But please only click if it's relevant to you and you actually want to see what's being advertised. Multiple/false clicks wont help ILF / will get me in trouble.

Yeah, google's kind of a bitch about the adsense usage. Suspicious overclicks or any attempt at gaming the system will raise a red flag, and they'll permaban the site or maybe even Tom in general (leaving him shit out of luck on google services for any of his sites). They've also been known to withhold ad revenue if suspicious activity shows up.

And if Tom seems like he's supporting gaming, or not avidly trying to prevent it, they've been known to shut it down as well. It's a cool service, but they're strict about following the rules.

I've actually been going out of my way to check for ads that are interesting on here. I'd donate, if I had the money Tom!

Feel free to edit my post if me talking about the adsense terms can get you in trouble. I think it should be fine, but I'd hate to break a condition of use on accident.

Alright, real suggestion.

Tom, can you find a default layout that's a little more intuitive for remembering usernames? Anytime someone changes avatars, I have no clue who they are.

I think it's a combination of the user info being on the right (people naturally read left/right, so the user info being on that side makes it so that it's not the natural priority)
AND the usernames being tiny on that info box. It's a hard contrast between the large icons and tiny names, putting priority on the icons, over names.

Visually, the layout you're using as the default works, but functionally, the design is a little lacking.

Also, I've worked with forums before (VBulletin mostly, but I've toyed with phpBB) [ran a site for a year or so, before I ran out of free time and the person paying for hosting took over], if you need help installing mods and tweaking stuff still. I'd be willing to take a crack at it, so that you wouldn't have to hire a phpBB expert.

Yeah, name is small, but I guess it is more about you relate vidually more easily, I also was totally confused when someone changed his/her avatar the first few months I was here..

Google adsense? Called as if adding any sense :picard:

I'll live with the adds adds in the bottom and try to keep using Firefox, since it seems chrome supports the adds that Firefox apps block from getting through. ;D

BESIDES, as You said, Tom, it's down there at the bottom of the page and I don't have to scroll down...

I really wish they wouldn't stack Community against Big Bang Theory. There is no way Community will last another season and I really enjoy that program.
BBT is sorta mreh but people love those nerd insulting caricatures..

Oh and more Alison Brie. This is my Community suggestion.

You should also post this in Dr. Scientists' badass TV shows thread.

Speaking of Big Bang Theory, you know how the audience explodes in laughter at the smallest thing on that show?
Have you seen that new show, Rob? Take that canned laughter and multiply it by like a million.
Damn, that show is TERRIBLE.
