I'm listening to this now, I'm getting a strong Godspeed You! Black Emperor / Set Fire to Flames feel from it (which is a good thing in my book!). You've got a definite mood in there, and now I can see why the sample you put in the ILF collaboration took the form it did. Thanks for posting this.

Thanks moid, i really enjoy long form music, both playing and listening to it. I also like listening through whole albums, vs. just one song at a time. This project is divided into different segments, but was intended to be one long extension of an idea and the different conclusions that come with that along the way, if that makes any sense. Glad you are enjoying it

Been listening to a shit ton of Russian Circles lately. Decided to throw a heavier more eclectic track together. It's rough but I really enjoyed recording it!
Much to my surprise someone commented on one of my YouTube videos the other day !
. . . to ask about the signal chain
Here's my latest bit of nonsense:

Yes, you can hear my chair creaking (more than once, but it's all the same creak). I was going to delete it but then decided to make it part of the show

That was quite good [read awesome!!] Waltdogg! Can I call it 'raw' (this is a compliment). You guys kind of took like three genres I like and took all the parts that would make them symbiotic. What I especially liked was that it wasn't over produced or glossy. Spartan. I really liked it. Hit me up if you tour through NJ/NYC (I know you're touring this year). I'd love to go out to the show and get a shirt, say 'Hi' or something.

2 rough demos recorded a couple months ago. More coming soon-ish! Kinda mathy noise rock/post hardcore. I'm on guitar and vocals. The bass player recorded this in our practice space with a digital 4 track
Here's a link to Animal Rescue's musical madness. Influenced by everything from Black Sabbath to Lee 'Scratch' Perry to Skinny Puppy to James Brown to Godflesh to King Tubby to Dying Fetus to a lil' Washington D.C. Go-Go... Like I said madness. And there is fuzz. Plenty of fuzz. https://soundcloud.com/animal-rescue-me
Enjoy or endure as the case may be and thanks for listen!
