it was shipped with the tubes still in, which is kind of .. weird, but no problems so far. there' a loud pop when engaging/disengaging stand by tho - anyone know if that is something inherent to these amps?
Depends on how loud of a 'pop' but mine would do that too.
Most folks would suggest pulling tubes while shipping but it depends on the amp.
I had a Fryette head I had to send to the company to fix and they said just leave the tubes in. Though the amp had tube retainers for the power tubes and shields for the preamp tubes.
Pulling the tubes can be a good idea if the person packs and protects them well. It all depends.
But yours arrived in one piece so dude obviously did it right.

No seriously though! This just came in

UglyCasanova is one hell of a shipper. Shit couldn't have been destroyed if they tried. And it came here in two days, and thats across nation borders!

Enjoy that cyber psychic. Stack it, its a blast.
Been looking at those companion boxes for years (never could justify it though without a better amp). Let us know how it sounds/demos!

I've tried it for a few minutes, but this is one of them pedals where you have to spend some time with it. And also, about that companion/cameltoe/dumble post...

Congrats, it's one of the most interesting filters, and it does benefit from lots of tweaking and stacking.

I'm going blind. Second time this week. The concussion on Monday probably didn't help, haha. Stupid chandelier. And you got me! Eh, I'm taking a break until I can focus,
