got some vintage wound GFS pickups for it single coil bridge, and a Mean 90 for the neck. Cavity will hold the toggle switch. 1 volume 2 tone. He used stain and oil for the finish. no clear. It'll have a big 72 custom black pickguard, but i might have to buy an aged white pickguard.

best part about it is that since he is my buddy hes building me this at cost! no labor charges.

stained guitars are really awesome and i'm glad to start seeing more. every since i stained a shitty dean, i was hooked on how much better it made it look. throw some P-90's in that and you have a beauty, amigo.

i love the "raw" quality it gives the guitars when they are oiled and stained. I hope to have this thing by this weekend. He has to put in the electronics and fret it.
