Wifey's parents made a lot of wine, as a hobby they could do together. They didn't drink very much of it though. So she brought two cases of it for everyone to have at the wake afterwards.

I rather drink with older people anyway for that exact reason you listed. You can sit band and just enjoy all the stories you might never otherwise get to hear.
