I'm dying for a good Peavey score right now.
I have one on the way. Submitted for the approval, of the midnight society.(Y'all remember that one?) I give you my Rickenbacker 4004L Jetglo. Ships out tomorrow. I am so excite. Sold the SVT and the Ibanez explorer. They weren't getting used.

What a score, FUCK. What happened with that? Around here you've really got to be in the right place at the right time. Gnarly!

And this. What the hell is this?! I don't know whether to be disgusted, intrigued, jealous or all three! Despite not having the regular Ric vibe I like, if the edge are rounded (and it seems they are) then that is quite the score. My friends who've owned them said they weren't particularly comfortable, but that looks something different. Very nice! Are the pickups the standards or something different?

I went back and forth between this and a more traditional version, but this one was just singing my name. It does have a rounded edge. The pickups are actually humbuckers. This is the video that really did it for me.(Don't let his choice of riffs influence your opinion. Man I love the Demon on bass.)

Super jealous of the Peavey, Darren. Well done!
Finished assembling my newest LP. Gibson Gothic LP with: Lace Hammer Claws, Grover tuners, all new wiring/pots/caps/hardware (including a Wilkinson roller bridge).

Both LPs together:

I love the original Gothic series. Been on the lookout for an SG but every time one pops up I'm always broke.

Sweet score Darren, $60 for a VTM60 is insanely good. I need to play my VTM120 more, but I have no outlet to do so.
Timm...that's is a Ric without all the things I grew to hate about Rics when I owned one. Nicely done.

I love black pickguards on black guitars. Much doom. I am also curious about those pups...

Nicely done! It turned out great!!!
TBH though.... the chrome pickguard holder and three way toggle irk my OCD. But thats just me being senile....
